- Plumbing: check for leaks, run faucets and toilets
- Structure: check for cracks, roof leaks
- Household Pests: will call exterminator upon request
- Secure windows and doors
- Appliances are operating properly
- House climate: cooling/heating at desired temperature
- Grounds
- Monitor security system
- Oversee maintenance services (pool, landscaping, etc.)
- Collect/forward mail
- Start and/or drive automobiles, golf carts
- Water potted plants

- Preparing home for your arrival and/or departure
- Housekeeping
- Monthly bill paying
- Grocery shopping upon you arrival
